The Villages of 30-A Include: Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach.

Just outside the WaterSound West Beach gate is Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian/bike path running along Scenic Highway 30A from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach.
